Located in the heart of the Broads, The Limes is a perfect base for visiting the Cathedral city of Norwich and the north Norfolk coast. Many National Trust properties such as Blickling Hall, Felbrigg Hall, Sheringham Park, Horsey Windmill and the Elizabethan House Museum in Great Yarmouth are all within easy reach.
We’re in a fantastic area for natural history. For example, we have Swallowtail butterflies visiting the garden, Marsh Harriers can regularly be seen from the house and in winter, Whooper swans frequent the field behind the house. From November to March a flock of Bramblings take up residence in our garden.
However, if you just want to get away from it all and you wish to stay in the house or play croquet on the lawn all day, then that’s fine with us!
